You summed it up well. One would think that RIO Tinto would not have kept Andrew employed for a decade if he was not just a little bit useful. Andrew was also not the only board member so why should he be held accountable for a businesses shortcomings. Clearly he was not happy and moved on otherwise he would still be there. That speaks volumes for me. As HVY progress towards production we will continue to see an increasing demonstration of incompetence in less than one sentence......looks sour grapes....
