I've had a bit more of a dig and stand corrected he should be working full time at HVY.

I looked at the Corporate presentation FFX announced on 21/9/22 and he's on the preso slides.

However looking on their website he's no longer listed under their corporate structure.

Him leaving FFX wasn't specifically announced to market in it's own update however in the December '22 quarterly announced 30/1/23 it states
under cost savings - Termination of technical and mine staff in the Perth office (including the COO and CFO)
