Nice post Salty. So great to have contibution here where you have been hands on with the management.
I am a strong believer in hiring the best people for the right time. Also in recognising where others are better at something than you are.
Cormack obviously has the exploration cred and from looking into Jess she has the cred for the next phase.
Sounds to me that you are doing some pretty up close due diligence and not just falling in love with a stock like some make out.
