Calls to mind a Company I had inside knowledge of recently. Three times they were not happy with the numbers presented to them, and Three times they sent it back to be rejigged. Each time parting with more and more coin in a useless endevour, until eventually having to settle for a number well under their Pie in the Sky aspirations. Dare say that's the dilema here?
