imho, the main problem in HAS is they strapped with funding issue to build their plant. Practically they now in c&m whilst waiting the REE market conditions improved.
for us here, lithium spot is recovering and we have a hope that Paul could use his tech skill and lith management experience to improve our plant and our company as a whole.
