I finally had the chance to go through some of Tom's previous interviews and do some research on his achievements. He seems like a good MD and does communicate well, experience and all that. To be honest I was hoping for someone with direct link to some of the big International steel giants....Hopefully Tom sinks his teeth into the role and gets the market excited about HIO again.
