I agree.
Steve Jobs famously emphasised that their success was based on hiring the best talent and empowering them to lead. He valued passion and innovation over credentials, believing in building small, high-performing teams.
This is what Archer appears to have done; rather than hiring someone with strong CEO experience, they've selected someone who was initially chosen only for his talent and now they have empowered him to lead.
This could prove to be a brilliant decision.
