im personally very satisfied with the appointment. its jsut not the SP kicker i was hoping for.
dont forget he was part of the microsoft quantum program. Very similar to ours and kicking goals.
we definitley need someone with some business savvy involved to be doing deals. But i look at how far we have come in the past year since we moved on from the very much academic focused Mo, to the business focused Simon, and i think we are in good hands.
im not dillusional into thinking we dont have gaps. but i hope the board is smart enough to fill these as required.
The SP damage was done long before Simon got onboard, and its going to be hard to get eh confidence back to get the SP back up to where it was.
