Simon seems to have had a pretty good impact on operations since coming on board. But cracking the global semiconductor market and building partnerships with the tech heavy hitters takes some serious pedigree and strong established networks. We really need a CEO who brings that with them, which allows Simon to keep spearheading the technical advancement whilst a CEO is off shaking hands and opening the right doors to sell it.
