This is hopeless! Dr Ruffell was initially hired to develop AXE's technology. That's where his skills are and I have no doubt that he has acquitted himself very well in that capacity. But the skills we need in a CEO is someone to run the overall business and sell our technology to the world. Its a different set of skills and to top it off they don't even have a replacement CTO to announce so poor Dr Ruffell will probably be doing the 2 jobs again. What kind of shop is this?
