With all the transformation which will occur as e2open et al bolts on and is integrated, we really need someone the type of a Aram Mirkazemi who can execute that vision. Short term I think this is ok to shut some punters up. I’m pretty sure Zubin is more than competent.
As for salary, RW has been on a fixed amount of $1M pa for a long time now. Very low for a major tech CEO. Lots of skin in the game.
