Dyesol reports 'considerable trading' in Germany

Sydney - Tuesday - August 22: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Dyesol Ltd (ASX code: DYE) today said there had been "considerable
trading" in its shares overnight on a German stock exchange - 1.7
million shares trading between 31 and 43 euro cents (about 52c to 73c).
"The price was significantly higher on unusually high volume,"
Dyesol said, noting that trading of its stock on that exchange was
outside the regulatory controls of Australia.
The company was responding to an ASX query which noted a rise in
the shares from 53c on August 21 to as high as 80c today.
Dyesol said it was not aware of any other information which
would cause the price change.
