not sure about the takeover high probability...if the FY17 result is solid then it will generate investment interest... so we might see the share price going back to 55-60c?

re your Rivers point...the management sounded quite confident a year ago and during half yearly comments that Rivers will be profitable for that year. Last FY Rivers delivered $9 mil loss so if they just generate tiny $1 mil profit then bang!! = $10 mil bottom line +ve variance delivered even if the remaining brands stay flat.

There was a decent operating cash flow delivered in half yearly plus solid net cash position. We should see that hold for the full year.. again as I said before if the disaster had happened as to other retailers we would hear from the management by now.
