thanks VMK as a sophisticated investor that manages money for others your analysis has been always thorough

the reality is as you have already highlighted before the company needs to raise again according to your posts

I am skeptical of any resignation by such an influential member of the team and as you know VMK as a micro cap investor or small cap investor for that matter the business is very much influenced by the management team and for me this is a red flag

Matt's notice period I think is 6 months so it is difficult to know when the Board were notified or what transpired

the risks in my view are weighted to the downside
