Hi all,

We are pleased to announce today that Alcidion has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of experienced senior finance professional Matthew Gepp as Alcidion’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Colin MacKinnon, who currently holds the dual role of Alcidion’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CFO, will continue as COO overseeing the group’s operations following Matthew Gepp’s commencement with the Company on June 7, 2021.

This appointment supports Alcidion’s planned growth objectives, allowing Colin to focus full time on his role as COO, particularly as operations in Australia and the UK continue to accelerate.

Mr Gepp joins Alcidion as a Chartered Accountant with 17 years’ experience holding senior finance and leadership positions, including as the CFO of ASX listed technology and software companies, MNF Group Limited and Engin Limited, and 10 years of international experience in financial and operational roles in London and Europe.

Notably, in his most recent position as CFO of MNF Group, Mr Gepp oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of several businesses as part of their growth strategy.
