WKT have given an estimated timeline of spend, with the $4 million from ‘the USA investor’ estimated to be spent in Sep-Oct, seems to me that if they were to announce this in the next couple of weeks they will easily get these funds before they are needed. I thought for someone that reads WKT’s announcements as diligently as you Spid, this would have been obvious?
