Hmmm, for someone that diligently reads WKT’s announcements, apparently the title and the multiple times in the body of the document where they state that earthworks AND civil engineering was a wearied to TNR.
Not only are you incapable of basic reading, apparently dates are also a confusing concept for you, please explain how something can be late, when today’s date is before the estimated delivery date?
