I haven’t done a look across the BOD and senior mgmt pay against peers. However I don’t think that would be a primary responsibility of the CFO and I don’t expect a startling finding.
The reason for appointing the CFO now is mentioned as “financial analysis, reporting and strategic financial needs”. By “financial analysis and strategic financial needs” is mgmt hinting at future licensing/ investment agreements?
What is the difference between having an in-house CFO vs hiring consultants? Compensation arrangements mentioned.
