That's a fair read. There is no doubt the company is in transition. I would not rule out a wind up and you have made a convincing case for that scenario and good to hear you're backing up your words with money. It's important to trust your gut. The one other thing in your favour I would also note is STAM are still holding.
I won't push my case for why I exited, but needless to say was costly as I would have done better by holding on or exiting slowly.
