Interesting to note former company secretary not listed on the announcement since CN departure, instead contact listed is contracted out investor relations, an upgrade from last years outlook rule for investor inquiries and phone that was never picked up. I don't know if this means company secretary has moved on as well, but if so, would be clean out of exec.
I also wonder why hire such an experienced CFO if seriously considering exit and wind up?
