Many CFOs are experienced managers with skills across operations, legal, HR, IR etc.
Many CEOs are former CFOs. (Qantas recently).
Many CFOs have MBA, CA/CPA and other relevant credentials.
They can bridge the gap to analysts and investors.
Reckon Dale will be on the phone with the new chap regularly. Same with the other execs.
