ok, lets go with your broken recod comentary. lets put this to a little test based on some reasoning.

lets say that a capital rais is necessay (l dont think it is), but lets say it is for our purposes.

the next question then needs to be, when do we undertake the capital raise? should we do it now - your thesis - or at sometime in the future?

if we dit it now with the current share price at 2.70ish then, i would assume, the offer price to raise the capital would be st about a 10% discount - lets keep that at around 2.50 for arguments sake.

if we wait, we have some very interesting news events coming up - buldania, additional offtake agreement, dso sale news, down stream processing news, progression of KV construction, etc. each of these events in all probability boost LTR's SP further. so lets say that collectively these news event add a cumulative additional value of say 1.50 to the current SP then we would be looking at a SP of circa 4.20.

so my question to you is are we better to do a cap raise now circa 2.50 or in the future when the SP is 1.50 higher? noting also that the company has stated they don' t need additional fuds till the end of 2023.
