@Acgm You can’t get a mortgage from a bank on what you forecast your salary to be next year… it is what it is and what it has been.
”Everything” you base your figures on is immaterial because it hasn’t happened - yet. That’s not to say it won’t happen. But again - it’s best case scenario stuff.
In a perfect world it would be rockets to the moon and Lamborghinis and Cigars on the beach obviously. But things are a bit more nuanced than that.
