Short term holders are selling out for losses I can guarantee it. No one with a long term position would sell now, it's just too close to the most important milestones.
Company seems to be is in a news flow vacuum but they have no reason to be announcing anything at the moment. Cashed up at a very generous raise price and moving towards FID.
IMO, buying at these levels is a gift, even if it drifts lower.
