Comes with quite a bit of experience (as mentioned in the ASX announcement), would explain why DP was over in the states for so long - a long serving CFO (10 years experience at El Toro - 5 as CFO and another 5 as VP Accounting) doesn't just up and leave and join some company like BRK unless they see some sort of potential.. being thrown the kitchen sink is one thing (in terms of money) but future company potential plays a part also.
