Just having a look at Andrew Barbers Linkedin profile. He has impressive credentials. More then what is listed in the news release. This is what everyone has stated has been lacking here. Only time will tell however he certainly could bring massive changes to more then just communication. Sounds like he also has good relationships/contacts as well.
