Her LinkedIn profile also says she is big on Governance and is on the Governance State Council.

As exberiner says why would she take the role with BEZ if we did not pass "the governance pub test."

People in that position have spent years, decades even, establishing themselves in their chosen field.

Their most important asset after all that work is their reputation.

No one with such a track record is going to risk everything they have built by getting involved with an ASX quoted company as the CFO if there is even the slightest hint that it could all go horribly wrong for financial issues.

This appointment is a seriously good bit of news imo.
