    Fantastic appointment.
    Plenty of experience, but what I like most of all, is the title Head of Delivery.
    An executive tasked with overseeing customer service/delivery.
    That's just the customer focused appointment at this stage of the business development cycle I would have hoped for.
    It's a good use of the recently raised funds.
