Great news and very interesting. Sam Bowles certainly looks like he has the goods in terms of his resume and experience. Australian and Mongolian experience, and currently lives and works in Mongolia.

"Mr Bowles will act in a consulting capacity from November while moving to a full time appointment in March 2020."

"Mr Bowles, a mining engineer, has extensive coal mine management experience in both Australia and Mongolia. Until recently he was the Mongolian Business Unit Head for TerraCom Resources Limited (ASX: TER), owner and operator of the Baruun Noyon Uul coal operations."

Sam has over 15 years of experience working in large scale coal mining operations in Australia and Mongolia since graduating from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining).He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Prior to joining with TerraCom he was responsible for operation of Mongolia’s largest coal mining, processing and export business as COO of Mongolian Mining Corporation. During this time, he has held technical, operational, managerial and executive roles within underground and open cut coal mining companies, and has worked for large multinational companies such as Anglo Coal Australia, Rio Tinto Coal Australia and Leighton Asia.

Prior to joining TerraCom, he was responsible for operation of Mongolia’s largest coal mining, processing and export business as Chief Operating Officer of Mongolian Mining Corporation.
