On the very positive Tim Benfield is a known known from Evolution, superb. Timing as well is smart as the workload must have been huge for AC especially with Jericho studies heating up.
On the negative both Fetch and Walford Creek / Aeon were very very messy and unsuccessful to say the least. Walford Creek is a problem child and always has been but the Fetch set up and acquisitions were very odd. They paid $50 - 60m for some pretty average tenements IMO and the recent significant changes in executive ranks there (pretty much all of them including several ex Aeon people) was odd. Perhaps the OS majority shareholder was pissed off about being persuaded to pay over the top / top dollar for average tenements the previous year?
Good to have a dedicated COO.
