The wording was a direct quote out of the EVN 31 December 2023 ASX Quarterly Report.
I thought it was strange that today's ASX release did not mention who he was replacing, so I had to do a search. But given Robert Fulker left at end of March 2024, it put it into perspective for me.
Though others would be in the same boat as me.
