Haha, this is one of those position titles that is meant to sound as far away as possible from "Human Resources", but, of course, is exactly that.
I suspect every major company has one these days.
Interesting that David Hearn always bangs on about A2M being just like the Dyson of its category, and now they've picked up a former Dyson employee.
