Not sure about that. She was CSO when the company was focused on Bard1 technologies, which from what I understand she was a founder for.
The company is bigger now and has a bigger portfolio. If I was in her shoes, had been working on something for years and years and it's getting closer to becoming a reality, I wouldn't want to be distracted at a pivotal moment having to learn and manage a different business arm (the sienna technologies). Let someone else do that and let me get on with the final stretch of what I've been working on!
