This position sounds like Nancy will be working on projects, studies etc. that come out of the board room. So she is told what to do. Debt Lake should be her first and only project so she can take her recommendations back to the board for a decision . The board could agree or not agree with her recommendations. Hence this is where we have found ourselves in his mess. The board has all the power!
EVN’s highly experienced board of Old Codgers who haven’t stepped foot on a mine site in nearly 20 years or more should never have been voted in. These old farts should have gave up the game away years ago. I’d be suprised if some of them decide to come up for re-election. If so we have to vote them out.
As far as we know the board may have appointed Nancy so she could be just a puppet.
