..... engaging Citigroup is one thing, but to appoint a separate law firm (obviously outside of their normal legal counsel) is another .... if negotiations are just at the 'in talks stage' then even engaging Citigroup at that stage would be a stretch IMO
One way or another we are going mining on schedule OR we are being taken over .... I, like many on here, would prefer it wasn't the latter as the proposed dividends would be nice as an ongoing incomeGLTAH
