Agreed Up2Date - although it does remind me of small cap biotech stocks where they announce the appointment of a new medical director or similar just prior to the release of clinical trials.

In some of those instances the trial falls over and it all ends in tears.

The upside here is that GEV is not running a clinical trial - and management most likely has a very good sense of the outcome of the study - so IMO this announcement certainly points toward a solid / positive outcome.
