Sorry, missed this.
The last raise at 60c (~40% discount) was questionable...
And the top shareholder, TDM Growth Partners, now holds ~30%.
And the board is planted with tons of TDM people.
Now, Neil who has been with the company for 15 years and did an excellent job in growing the company, resigned.
Not sure what others make of it, but I think there is a power struggle behind the scenes.
