Agree. Co-CEO gives off a bad vibe. I've seen many US-listed companies adopting Co-CEOs and reverting after a few quarters, most used it as a temporary model when the business is going through a tough time.
Maybe SOM needed this? Anyway, it does seem like Neil was overwhelmed while trying to manage both the global business and investors concurrently, where he prioritized the former. Good for the business but reflects on the share price. Maybe what SOM needs is for one CEO to handle the business and another to handle the IR?
