Given that it often takes 6 to 12 months to build the right relationships and start performing in technically challenging roles (unless extremely gifted and world class), I call that jumping around.
I echo UFX sentiments. There are more sharks in the junior resources sector than mavericks. Plenty of people around that will milk every last cent from the shareholders, collect as many R & D tax breaks as the government will give and ride off into the sunset with nothing but a shell left. We must be wary and question everything.
