No idea who is selling but looks like a top 20 given the cumulative volumes being thrown out. It is their loss imho.
WSR are focused in Chile: a stable (both economic and social) mining friendly and highly prospective part of the world. They have moved top managment into the country and as I understand should now have three geological teams working on the ground (based on the March Quarterly). They already have some good hits and, going by their last presentation (11 May), should soon (if not already) be kicking off a new round of RC drilling at Condor with further drilling of the Nany anomaly to follow sometime next quarter. And of course they have Bill Turner as Chairman - this is a walk in the park after the DRC.
Not sure why the sales, but plenty of reasons to accumulate imho.
