Charles Koones

Charles Koones is a highly experienced executive who has been involved in the US and international media industry for several decades. Mr. Koones is Managing Partner of Moon Tide Media, LLC, a Los Angeles based media company and advertising agency. Mr. Koones has previously served as a director of several media companies including American Media Inc., a major US publisher of magazines and digital titles, The Wrap, Inc. and PaidContent.org. Mr Koones was President and Publisher of Variety magazine and President of Reed Elsevier’s RBI Entertainment Group. He is currently vice chairman of the L.A. based non-profit Coalition for Engaged Education. Mr Koones holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond.

Clive Dickens

Mr Dickens is the Chief Digital Officer for Seven West Media and a non-executive director of Yahoo 7. Mr Dickens has over 30 years of experience in digital content and broadcast media spanning the US, South Africa, Europe, the UK and Australia. Mr Dickens has advised organisations such as Shazam and co-founded Absolute Radio for the Times of India and UK Radio Player Limited, a joint venture between UK broadcasters and the BBC.

Mr Wilson is an innovative business builder with a proven track record in both traditional and emerging media. As a multi-faceted media leader, his expertise spans across content creation, sales and talent development to the corporate boardroom. Mr Wilson’s background includes significant tenure at some of the world’s leading media companies. He has served as CEO of Tribune Broadcasting and, at various points in his career, President of FOX Television Network, NBC Enterprises and CBS Enterprises. Most recently, as Executive Chairman and CEO of Dreamcatcher Media Mr Wilson brings his distinctive knowhow and strategic perspective to emerging organisations ranging from global digital content platforms to big-data social intelligence.

Mr Adams’ career has included his working with and for some of the best-known companies in the world, a wide variety of start-ups, charitable endeavors, brands and thought leaders. Always at the nexus of disruption, innovation and engagement; whether as a media/entertainment/technology executive, Board Director, Advisor, digital strategist, speaker, lecturer or author, Mr Adam prides himself on outcomes that result in measurable change. Notable companies include: Facebook, Amazon, Participant Media, Comcast Cable & Interactive. His recent work includes roles with National Storage, Sensis, Thred, Manalto, Haystack, VoiceByte, Arrive Wealth Management and many others. His children’s books have been nominated for multiple awards and he enjoys coaching and playing baseball for The Western Districts Bulldogs Baseball Club.
