If I am not wrong (could be) this second Company Secretary is only the replacement of another who resigned a while after a long period. It is a big job and can easily be justified by having 2 in the chair. The SP drop is unlikely to be connected to the appointment IMO and could just as well be connected to the fact that Larry Diamond sold 30 mil shares a few days ago. Notwithstanding the big volume, there could be some holders following him out the door, although the volumes are not big either. Could also be due to the publicity around it some holders decided to take their profits. IMO ZIP is rangebound now that its SP is super inflated
