Good to see something finally happening. Who knows if they can bring in the new contracts but I would rather they have a crack then the total stagnation that has persisted for so long.
It does surprise though, that whenever new contracts are lauded with a major company/institution the revenue gained always appears a pittance. Let us hope any new business can be written at significantly higher price than appears he norm over recent years.
