Great move by Vert Capital. $1.00 share price is only $60m in market cap for AKO, so plenty of room to move higher from there.
If i was them i'd be lining up an offtake partner with an equity investment once the JORC is firmed up later this year. It'd be pretty easy to getting bank and investor funding after that.
$600m market cap aint a stretch for a producing Iron Ore company either.
