On top of that they will have enough grunt to be able to gut the SP at any time given the lack of liquidity.

Im all for them earning a clip - but this is tilted way too much in their favour and speaks to very poor negotiation on NTI's behalf which is the most concerning factor. Dont forget Duthy was appointed around similar lines so if he is now just too busy or not skilled enough to do this stuff thats all good, but pay a fair price.

I suppose they have until the AGM to prove their worth,
