As I stated I don't have any experience in the matter, but in my view, it is in the interests of some to make this all look complicated, but it isn't. We want to borrow money to build a mine. Simples. And I would bet that there is in Saudia Arabia a bank more than willing to loan this money.. Instead of sitting around watching holes being drilled, two of our directors should be over there with a briefcase full of Studies various. Can't help to try.
