The only growth in revenue is in China and by China standards is not a lot. Performance rights based on revenue. I am surprised no one challenged that.
The product list is nothing to envy.
Does not look like there is much shareholder alignment here. High salary, corporate reimbursements and free shares. Makes no sense for retail to buy into a management team who are milking it like this.
The so called tech platform really has limited IP too. Sorry I really fail to see the point of this company. Told my broker there is a real reason why this is “cheap” and probably will go cheaper unless something drastic changes with managements attitude to stop milking it.
