The only critisism I have is that the current CEO has spearheaded the major acquisition of Vifor for 11.7B which is multiples of existing profit. He is now departing before the outcomes of that will be known and with ROIC now sagging as a result of the deal. He'll be free to sell all his stock privately before the issues, if any, crop up with the acquisition. He would obviously argue that he leaves the company set up for growth, but it still annoys me that after such a massive deal he's exiting before the level of success of the deal is established.
