that's with extra cr's, post deal structures, and diluted issues, in mind - for both companies

but they are [were] not far from the same price

aom has top backers, a top board, a clearly articulated strategy to 900boepd and exploration upside
ctr doesn't have much of that

aom is hard to buy for a good price
ctr is easy, buy all you want for a 'good' price

many on the ctr threads, imho, have hugely over estimated the value of the Atzam wells and, imho, expectations are way too high
