Thanks for the link, the details look rather ominous, resetting of royalties, taxes etc will make a difficult job just that bit harder, and increases costs which will affect viability of the project. They (the Congo Government) may have to re-assess their figures in the light of Zambia's experiment.
Who knows what will happen? A few today have decided discretion is the better part of valour!
I still believe Young and Dorling will find a way through. (fingers crossed)
